My experience with learning how to run a full marathon, while increasing my milk supply three times!

Many of you know that a while back I ran a full marathon. I managed to do this shortly after I carried my first child. I had a lot of issues with low milk supply, but fortunately I resolved all of this quickly. Many doctors told me that my low milk supply was related to stress. That proved to be true!

How i trained for the marathon?

I started training for the marathon in early January this year. Now it is almost 2012 and I did achieve my goal - I ran a full 40 km marathon, after having only six months of preparation for it! Needles to say, increasing milk supply and training were very interlinked, because they both involve improving every aspect of your health!

Improving my health

2011 was the first year that I started focusing on improving my health and getting rid of various conditions that I had. If I wanted to run a marathon, I had no choice - I had to improve my health. The long-distance running and increasing milk supply is taxing enough as it is, I didn't need my health to hold me back.

The first major thing that I did was that I started taking supplements that helped my body. This included vitamin complexes and antioxidants. I even started drinking red wine and stopped all grains and legumes in an attempt to improve my health!

Sincerely yours,

Jacky
